The Course

Test Valley was designed in 1991, designed by John Wright and European Tour Veteran Eamon Darcy. It is a par of 72 and is 6714 yards in length from the competition tees. The gently undulating layout ensures a fair test of golf for all abilities. At first the course was regarded as an inland links due to its fine tight turf on the fairways. As Test Valley has matured it now plays like a downland course and has been rewarded with an excellent reputation for its all year round play whatever the weather conditions due to the exceptional drainage. The course possesess some prominent bunkers and water features with a fantastic mix of long and short holes ensuring that no two holes are the same. This coupled with the links style fairways and picturesque views of the stunning Hampshire countryside ensure Members and visitors of all abilities enjoy their golf with us at Test Valley
