Test Valley is a great setting for any occasion be it a wedding, a gourmet dinner, a private meeting or a Sunday lunch. We have the facilities to suit every occasion and our friendly, welcoming staff will be there to attend to your every need.

Test Valley Golf Club is situated just outside Basingstoke near the beautiful Hampshire Villages of Overton and Micheldever.

Located in idyllic open country side the club has been in existence for 15 years. In recent years it has gone through a refurbishment program to enable us to offer our members and visitors excellent facilities set in a beautiful location.

Test Valley is the ideal venue for private entertaining and dining for all occasions. We have a large restaurant the “Primrose Room” which can comfortably seat up to 100 people in various configurations for dining. We also have the elegantly furnished “Oak Room” which can accommodate groups of 2-8 wanting that extra bit of privacy and exclusivity.

Our team of two chefs, one of whom is a qualified Master Chef having worked in Michelin star restaurants lead our extensive catering operation with its reputation for quality and variety.

We have designed the menus on Classic British and French cuisine with a modern twist. Traditional and classical dishes have been blended into our menus to give you the quality, using local produce.
