The course benefits from the following:
Yardage markers measured to the centre of the greens. Yellow represents 100 yards, white represents 150 yards and red 200 yards. There are pin placement flags on each flagpole on the green. These are small rectangle flags which if positioned at the top of the flagpole then the hole position is to the back of the green. If the pin placement flag is in the middle of the pin then the hole position is in the middle of the green. If the pin placement flag is at the bottom of the flagpole then the hole position is in the front of the green. The front nine holes plays slightly shorter than the back nine and if you are to make a good score this is the side to do it. The harder holes on the front 9 are the 1st 2nd, 6th, and 7th holes so concentration is imperative. The 5th hole is our very own postage stamp style green playing at 148 yards and proves to be a tough target to hit your ball onto. The 8th hole is one of our feature holes and has two water hazards together with 2 very large cross bunkers to negotiate. The 9th hole is a tough par 3 all up hill at 172 yards and finishes neatly beside the clubhouse. The back nine is nearly 400 yards longer and plays slightly more difficult than the front nine. The toughest holes are the 11th, 12th, 14th and 17th holes where concentration is imperative. The 15th hole is one of our feature holes with a water hazard in front of the green. The finishing hole 18th sweeps past a water hazard on the right and two cross bunkers on the left leaving a grandstand finish in front of the clubhouse to a small target guarded by four bunkers
