Functions at Test Valley

Test Valley Golf Club is situated just outside Basingstoke near the beautiful Hampshire Villages of Overton and Micheldever. Located in idyllic open country side the club has been in existence for 15 years. In recent years has gone through an refurbishment program enabling us to offer our members and visitors fantastic facilities set in this beautiful location.

 

Test Valley is the ideal venue for private entertaining and dining for all occasions. We have a large restaurant the “Primrose Room” which can seat 100 people comfortably in various configurations for dining. We can also boast the elegantly furnished “Oak Room” which can accommodate small groups wanting that extra bit of privacy and exclusivity.

 

In the attached brochure we have listed some sample menu's, however, if there is something a little bit different or even a special twist we would happily discuss meeting your requirements. We have a dedicated team of professionals with two highly qualified chefs. One of which is a qualified Master Chef and who has worked in Michelin star restaurants and hotels and is now driving the team to achieve success and increasing our reputation as a quality eatery and function centre.

 

Our menu’s are designed on Classic British and French cuisine with a modern twist. Traditional and classical dishes have been blended into our menu’s to give you the quality, using locally produced produce. All these ingredients create the perfect recipe for your function whether it is a wedding or other celebration. We are here to make sure your day is the memorable occasion you dream of, turning dreams into reality.

If you are looking for location to hold that meeting, look no further than us. We are nestled in the heart of the Hampshire country side with easy access from all major road and rail routes, with ample parking for your delegates. We can accommodate meetings and conferences from small groups of 2 or 3 people up to 100 people in the Primrose room.

 

We have a range of meeting and presentation equipment to help make the event run smoothly and professionally. We can offer various packages to suit your requirements, and we pride ourselves on tailoring events for our clients. With excellent catering and bar facilities your delegates are sure to be looked after during their stay with good hospitality and discreet but attentive service.

 

You can even have a round of golf at the end of the day to help you unwind, and even enjoy a meal after the golf to cap off the day. We have good accommodation rates with local hotels and B&B’s to make sure you don't have a long drive home after your meeting.
